Subject: Mirroring

Hey,

I am wondering how I can host a public cygwin mirror.

I've been looking online for a while and the best info I could find
was @ http://sources.redhat.com/cygwin-apps/package-server.html
So I have everything, but how does one get added to the mirror list?
