[ANNOUNCEMENT] Updated: {tiff/libtiff5/libtiff-devel/tiff-doc}-3.8.2-4; New: tiff-opengl-3.8.2-4; Removed {libtiffxx5/libtiffxx-devel}-3.8.2-4

The tiff package provides libraries and utilities for manipulating
TIFF image files.

This is a security and packaging update.

[[ compiled using gcc-3.4.4-999 ]]

This will most likely be the final tiff update for the cygwin-1.5
distribution; future development will continue with tiff-3.8.2-10
for cygwin-1.7.
