lftp depency packages not auto-selected

- Subject: lftp depency packages not auto-selected
Run Cygwin setup-1.7.exe for the first time, select lftp explicitly, the
basic system is just "Default".
After installation complete, start lftp fails, first will complain
libexpat missing. After install libexpat, lftp will again complain
libstdc++ missing.
