glibc provides xdr_uint{8,16,32,64}_t, but while cygwin exports those functions, the header rpc/xdr.h only declares xdr_u_int{8,16,32,64}_t (note the extra underscore). Likewise, the IXDR_PUT_INT32 macro is missing. These differences in the cygwin version tripped up compilation of libvirt on cygwin [1]. Can we get aliases added to provide the glibc spelling of these four functions, so we can remove the libvirt hacks?
