Looks like ASLR to me.

Windows 7?
If so run perlrebase to set peflags -d0 on all perl dll's.
Interesting. No, this is XP (well at work it's XP). I'll have to check for perlrebase when I get to work. What would "all perl dll's" be? Just things under /usr/lib/perl* or are there other areas like under just /lib that I should be concerned about.
