I have been trying to build qt terminal for gnuplot on cygwin and
not getting successful results.
connection of two processes (gnuplot.exe and gnuplot_qt.exe) were in failure.
Patch by Enrico Forestieri solves the problem
(avoid using O_NONBLOCK)
