The default reply on any mailing list is to the list only.
Actually, MOST mailing lists are sane and let 'reply-all' reply to the list AND to the original sender. This is one of the few lists that munges reply-to settings and breaks my expectations. I wish we could fix it, but I'm not in charge of the mailing list settings.
