Re: rsync failed after windows 10 update

"net start" showed:
   Windows Defender Antivirus Network Inspection Service
   Windows Defender Antivirus Service
   Windows Defender Firewall
   Windows Defender Security Centre Service

may it be one of them messed up rsync?
