I noticed you have no explicit selections for mintty locale or charset.

Could you please run the following command and post the output, in case there is
anything unusual with those settings that could cause problems for Drag'n'Drop:

$ for o in -s -u -f -n -i; do locale $o; done

Also what do you see if you open a cmd window and Drag'n'Drop an Explorer file
into that - you should see the Windows path dropped.
