[ECOS] Running/building ecosconfig on latest Cygwin

Has anyone built ecosconfig under Cygwin recently?  The latest
cygwin1.dll apparently causes some issues with "calculated" values.  I
am getting divide-by-zero errors in the definition of
CYGNUM_HAL_RTC_PERIOD in
packages/hal/arm/xscale/verde/current/cdl/hal_verde.cdl.  The version
posted on http://www.ecoscentric.com/snapshots/ does not appear to
suffer from this but presumably that executable is statically linked.  
 
Any ideas?
