* sysdeps/powerpc/powerpc32/dl-start.S: Add unwind information.
* elf/Makefile (tests): Add tst-unwind-ctor.
(modules-names): Add tst-unwind-ctor-lib.
($(objpfx)tst-unwind-ctor): Depend on
$(objpfx)tst-unwind-ctor-lib.so.
