new LinuxThreads add-on

I've uploaded as

	ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/glibc-linuxthreads-2.0.7-19981118.tar.gz

a new add-on.  This fixes a few quite severe problems which made the
thread function invisible under certain cicumstances.

Similar patches are also in the CVS archive for 2.1.

Christian, Dale, I hope you make updates for your distributions soon.
