alpha.gnu.org copies of pre3 were corrupted

I just replaced the 2.1.1pre3 files on alpha.gnu.org with those from
sourceware.cygnus.com.  It appears they all got corrupted or truncated
during the transfer.  
Note that these were corrupt in a way such that `gzip -l' liked them
fine--but actually gunzip'ing them all way would barf near the end.
Ulrich, please doublecheck the files after you upload, something like
log in to melange and do gunzip < new-file >/dev/null.
