2.1.1 and stable branch

Hi,

You might have read already that 2.1.1 is out.  For those who care,
I've tagged the release.  I've also created a branch for future 2.1
release, named glibc-2-1-branch.  This also means that the source tree
is free for the 2.2 development.  Let the patches coming.
