Define _HAVE_SA_LEN for 4.4 BSD

   Applied.  But I thought Hurd uses the Linux networking code!?

We do, but we make an attempt to be source-compatible with BSD,
especially in the area of network interfaces where the Linux stuff
usually is a total hacked up mess :-).
