Remove omit-long-double-fcts

We don't seem to use omit-long-double-fcts:
$ grep -r omit-long-double-fcts .
./math/Makefile:# Using omit-long-double-fcts is only a temporary hack.
./math/Makefile:ifneq ($(omit-long-double-fcts),yes)
./ChangeLog.7: static tests to link. Honour $(omit-long-double-fcts) == yes.
I propose to remove it. Ok to commit?
