speed.c changes breaks on sparc32

Hi,

The current glibc CVS does not build on sparc32 any longer:

../sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/speed.c: In function `cfsetospeed':
../sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/speed.c:70: error: structure has no member named `c_ospeed'
../sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/speed.c: In function `cfsetispeed':
../sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/speed.c:95: error: structure has no member named `c_ispeed'
make[2]: *** [/usr/src/packages/BUILD/glibc-2.3/cc/termios/speed.o] Error 1
