[PATCH] Trivial build fixes

Hi!

1) linux/atalk.h uses sa_family_t, but doesn't include any
headers which define that
2) atomic_increment in res_libc.c for 64-bit arches needs atomic.h include

	before including linux/atalk.h.

	* resolv/res_libc.c: Include atomic.h.
