It is perfect now I think.
I am waiting for the elfutils side to get accepted before applying it.
Just in case something drastic needs changing on the elfutils side
that we overlooked somehow.

Then I want to update the elfutils version requirement in configure.ac
to 0.148+ (from 0.142+) to make sure we always have dwarf_next_unit
(0.148 was released two years ago). Unless someone disagrees.
