The tiff package provides libraries and utilities for manipulating
TIFF image files.

This is a security update.

[[ compiled using gcc-3.4.4-999 ]]

This release is specific to cygwin-1.7. It is compiled against the
(cygwin-1.7-only) libjpeg7 release, and imports a number of new security
patches from Debian.

CHANGES (since 3.8.2-10)
========================
o Rebuild against libjpeg7
o Update to debian patchset 3.8.2-13
  - Fixes CVE-2009-2285
  - Fixes CVE-2009-2347
o Remove cygwin from requires: in hint files; rely on sourceware
  infrastructure to add it back.
o Fix documentation path to match cygwin-1.7 standards.
