The following packages have been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution:

* libSDL2_2.0_0-2.30.3-2
* libSDL2-devel-2.30.3-2

This is the Simple DirectMedia Layer, a general API that provides
low level access to audio, keyboard, mouse, joystick, 3D hardware via OpenGL,
and 2D framebuffer across multiple platforms.

- Enable Direct3D renderer as well as X11. This allows faster rendering than
  X11 in some older environments.
