The following packages have been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution: * libvpl-2.15.0-1 * libvpl-devel-2.15.0-1 This package provides the headers and the library which loads Intel MediaSDK dlls dynamically. The codec itself is implemented in the dlls and the Intel GPU.
