Updated: cygutils 1.4.17-5 (Test)

The following packages have been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution:

* cygutils-1.4.17-5
* cygutils-debuginfo-1.4.17-5
* cygutils-extra-1.4.17-5
* cygutils-x11-1.4.17-5

There are two changes from the -4 version:
Cygstart has a new action "-r" or "--runas" thanks to contributor Vadim 
(vad.cygwin@vad.cx).
Lssparse has a reformatted source thanks to contributor Roland Mainz.
There is no change in lssparse functionality.

These are test versions so you will need to specifically ask for them in 
the Cygwin Setup Program's package chooser.

The cygutils packages can be built from the source available through Setup 
but git-cloning from the Cygwin package repository does not work at the 
moment.  That capability will return at some point.
