[ANNOUNCE] Squid 2.4 Dev 3

Squid 2.4 dev 4 has a CVS branch for cygwin that will compile and run the
core options without modifications.

this can be retrieved via squid.sourceforge.net

you will need to
autoconf
autoheader
./configure
before making.

If anyone tries this and has problems please contact me, either via this
list or direct -
