Figlet 2.2 Experimental (again)

Hi all,

I've now uploaded the figlet tarballs (for source and bin) along with a
setup.hint file to some webspace for you to pick holes in (the package that
is, not the webspace) :)  If you fancy a laugh you can find it at
http://straylight.eu.org/~carl/figlet/ (*checks to make sure it's available
to the outside world*).
