Autotools; new versions

For automake.  The build script and README for autoconf are in 
autoconf-2.52-2-src.tar.bz2.  These build scripts are probably overkill 
-- autoconf-build expects to build autoconf-2.13, autoconf-2.52, AND 
autoconf(scripts), all in one go.  I think in this next version, I'll 
split it into three different scripts....
