cmake and emacs package updates announcements

Hello,

The last two packages which I have uploaded to sources.redhat.com (cmake and
emacs updates) were announced twice. Two email were sent from each
maintainer - while for emacs the two messages look exactly the same, for cmake the
>From field was different. Based on this I think this is not a problem of the
list setup for cygwin-announce. So why is it necessary to send twice ?
