Well, I tried to build it with minimal effort, but it failed,
now I have done it like Robert with the libx*-packages and I
have a patch file with about 600KB:-(
If that doesn't matter, I'll contribute it, just let me create
(or copy & paste) a build script.

I posted the link to the patch at cygwin@ list this noon.
