Updated db-2 packages ready for upload

Hello All,

It was recently discovered that the db-2 package had been compiled with 
some shm symbols (which shouldn't have been there).  A super big thanks 
to Steve O'brien for catching this!  Well I just recompiled it with a 
fresh install, and it has been confirmed that it operates within 
specified parameters.  So, if someone could please update 
sources.redhat.com with the following packages:
