Update: ghostscript-7.05-1 setup hint files for release

I've not heard any bug reports for 7.05-1, save the one from Jack
Larsen <larsen587@firemail.de> regarding a missing DLL required for
gsview.  So I've decided to promote 7.05-1 to released status.

I'll post the announcement as soon as I've heard confirmation that
my updated setup.hint files have been uploaded to sourceware.  My
updated setup.hint files are located at:

    http://www.helixdigital.com/~alcocer/gs/

I believe them to be correct (got corrections from Chuck Wilson,
but I may have screwed them up anyway.)
