wget-1.8.1-1 postinstall script bug

The wget-1.8.1-1 package's postinstall script tries to copy tries to copy
sample.wgetrc from /usr/doc/wget-1.8.1-1, which doesn't exist, instead of
from /usr/doc/wget-1.8.1, which does. Again, not a big deal, but it wouldn't
hurt to fix it. There's a patch below with what appeared to me to be the
simplest fix. I can provide an updated package file if necessary, but I
figured it'd be best to give the package maintainer first crack at it.
