setup.exe-HEAD should build from CVS on gcc-3.

It's deserved. In fact, Gary and Pavel probably should get access by now
too :}.

I do. Copy and pasting a changelog really doesn't do much for me. Ok,
from now on, I'll email approval, and you get to do your own checkins.
If you want to put your developments in a CVS branch, thats cool too.
(Just use the cvsmkbranch and cvsmerge scripts from the cygwin tools
dir.)

You may have access already, I'm really not sure. Can you try checking
out a write copy? If Chris hasn't given you a user code, then this is
impossible of course :}.

Chris, if Max doesn't have a usercode on sources, can he please get one,
with write access to the cygwin-apps repository?
