Ok, I will change that in the next cygwin version, but the Cygwin32 is from
the original sources and we all still wait for the cygwin patches going into
the official version.
Is this the only gpg 1.2.0-1 problem you found? If it is I will release gnupg 1.2.0-2
as a normal version in a few days.
