Please let's stay in the unix world. If you want to map various /opt/
subdirs to C:\Progra~1\packag~1\... you're welcome to do so on your
machine, but for the purposes of this discussion, let's pretend that
cygwin is a *UNIX* environment that runs under windows.
Oh, right...
