Bad setup.hint: libkpathsea3

libkpathsea3 has no curr: version specified, so the 2.0.2-1 version isn't
published to setup.ini at all.

It looks like someone didn't know that any curr:/prev:/test: prevents upset
from doing any other guessing in that directory.


I already have the necessary access to edit setup.hints, as a side effect of
being permitted to upload setup snapshots. In the future, may I correct
problems like this?
