libjpeg62-6b-10

This is NOT to be confused with the earlier non-test release of jpeg-6b-8
and libjpeg6b-6b-8 (note that the lib package is "6b-6b-8" in the
non-test, and "62-6b-10" in test).  The new, curr: release has
'cygjpeg6b.dll' while the new test: release has cygjpeg-62.dll.  BTW,
maintainers: note that this means that your dependencies, after you
recompile for 1.5.1, will be "libjpeg62" not "jpeg" (As I previously
mentioned on this list, I have already changed the affected setup.hint
files to libjpeg6b (B as in boy) to reflect the "new" curr: release;
updating your setup.hint files to libjpeg62 (2 as in...aw, heck) when
appropriate is your job.)

There are a few other changes in this test release:

0) Compiled against the cygwin-1.5.1 kernel

1) Documentation moved to /usr/share/*

2) compiled using libtool.  So, there's a libjpeg.la file now

3) includes the 'lossless crop' patch from the Mandrake jpeg RPM.  It's
pretty widely used; I think the Red Hat RPM uses it too. This is
*distinct* from the 'lossless jpeg' patch, which has been a part of the
cygwin jpeg packages for ages, not without controversy.
