TEST/1.5.2: cygrunsrv, mt, sharutils

I've uploaded 1.5.2-built test versions of the following packages:

  cygrunsrv-0.96-2
  mt-2.0.1-2
  sharutils-4.2.1-3

All packages adhere to the new FHS layout.
