I get the following:

    $ rebase -v -b 0x68000000 SDBM_File.dll
    ReBaseImage (SDBM_File.dll) failed with last error = 6

under Win2k and a not quite up to date Cygwin CVS.

What is your OS and Cygwin version?

Since you can reproduce the problem would you be willing to debug it?

BTW, I get the above too.

Note I have perl 5.8.0-1 installed which is why I did not stumble across
this problem.
