bash-2.05b-8 installs usr/info/dir (Was: info is not loading...)

Earlier today, while studying how all the packages install their info
files, I noticed that bash-2.05b-8 is the only (current) package that
errantly installs a dir file.

Something for the bash maintainer to check for next time.
