re-linking man.. missing include `nl_types.h'

Chris,

I'm probably just being dense, but out of curiousity did you ever have this
problem? Just downloaded the src package for man-1.5j-2 (from a Cygwin mirror)
to re-build for 1.5 and when running make I get

I couldn't find this nls header..Hmm
