That's actually part of the version, 0.11.5.9.cyg11. 0.11 is the
codebase/major number, 5 is the interface/minor number, 9.cyg11 is the
patchlevel (11th Cygwin-specific packaging adjustment since the 10th feature
release). The Cygwin release adds -1, but since naim packages itself, that
will always be -1 unless a Cygwin maintainer does something like changing
the category between me and the mirrors.
