I must be behind the times because I sure don't like the idea of
something called 'cygbuild.sh' showing up in /usr/src.  Maybe I'm
missing something but I don't see anything which countenances that in
the source package write ups at <http://cygwin.com/setup.html>.  That
page seems to imply that the package build script should share the
name of the package.
