ccache V2.2

Hello,

I'm just wondering why ccache ist still version 1.9 in cygwin.

I downloaded version 2.2. a ndi seems to work fine!
Are there knownm problems in using version 2.2 od why is this version not in the
cygwin release.

I'm asking cause we have trouble in using version 1.9 and with version 2,2 all
seems to work fine.
