I created a cygwindb and gave you full access to it.  Hopefully I did this
correctly.  I'm not exactly a mysql expert.

The only way to get things into the cygwin web page is to commit, so you
have to 'cvs add' package-maint and start checking things in.  Don't manipulate
the web pages directly.
