Hello all,

I was just wondering: as cygwin-announce is a montitered list anyway, is
it necessary to wait until the uploads are done and confirmed on
cygwin-apps before sending the cygwin-announce message, or can the two be
done at the same time?

The one that does the uploading to Sourceware could let the message to
cygwin-announce pass when the uploading is done. That way, the package
maintainer wouldn't have to watch the cygwin-apps list before sending the
announcement..

As all of us have little time and some of us have timezone problems this
way of doing things might help a (very) little bit.

Just a thought...
