pcre packages

In that case (unless someone loudly objects) I'll keep them separate.

Chuck has also convinced me for the libpcre and I'll thus do exactly what 
he proposed (meaning Corinna's packages will simply be renamed, except 
that the source pack has also been re-tarred (the directory in it has been 

So, I've uploaded the latest versions. Please let me know
* if anyone has any objections to the granularity of these packages
* if the setup.hint file is OK
* anything else..
