new packages mhash/mhash-devel ready for upload

Hello,

I have uploaded new packages with the following modifications:
*) removed leading "the" in sdesc (see Lapo's mail)
*) moved documentation from /usr/doc into /usr/share/doc (see Lapo's mail)
*) added /usr/lib/libmhash.la to devel package (after noticing that the 
generic build script did that with the libmcrypt package)
*) stripped /usr/bin/cygmhash-2.dll (sorry, forgot that)

The URLs are the same.
