And I have some questions for you:

- From your link to the CWEB homepage I came to the ftp which
  distributes CWEB and I see the latest is 3.64, where yours is 3.0:
  ftp://labrea.stanford.edu/pub/cweb/cweb-3.64.tar.gz
- IIRC CWEB is already included in the TeX package, actual I thought
  TeX is written in CWEB?
