Why not which 2.16 instead of 1.5?

I believe you manage the which package, and if not, I hope the
appropriate party will read this.

Why is cygwin still distributing which 1.5 when the GNU which listed at
Savannah points to which (now 2.16) hosted at:

http://www.xs4all.nl/~carlo17/which/

I have downloaded the tarball and successfully compiled it on my machine
(W2K SP4, Cygwin 1.5.4-1).  The source required no changes to build.  Do
you think we could get this updated?  Thanks for your help!
