mutt-1.4-1 has broken <F1> help

It just has been, check the header of this msg ;-).

Sure. One actually does get generated in this latest build (1.4.1), but it's a bit
scrambled for some reason. IIRC, it did that in 1.4 too, so I might have just omitted
it, since I couldn't figure out how to have mutt find it in the first place. I'll get to
the bottom of it though before I release this one.
